- Patrol the premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activities or disturbances.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized entry or criminal activity.
- Conduct security checks of guests, employees, and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
- Report any security incidents, accidents, or violations of hotel policies to the appropriate authorities.
- Assist in conducting investigations into security-related incidents as directed by the security manager.
- Follow established procedures for key control, access control, and other security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and employees with inquiries or requests when needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments and external agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
